Application

​We discuss your requirements with you and process your loan application for our underwriters and lending panel to assess.

Day 4

Agreement In Principle

Upon acceptance we will provide you with an Agreement In Principle, and proceed to instruct a Valuation.

Day 10

Underwriting

The valuation will proceed to underwriting, with any final checks conducted to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Day 14

Facility Agreement

If approved, we will issue you a formal Offer Letter and Facility Agreement to sign, before releasing funds the same day.
